Rooms facing the water might be pleasant (dunno) but if you’re accommodated in room 9 you’ll have your windows facing a road and a highly AC’d industrial refrigeration unit with late hours pressure washes of whatever kind.
Consider asking for a different room, if unavailable, I’d suggest looking for a different hotel entirely or at least a hefty discount to make up for a poor sleep you’ll get there.

This place is a hidden gem! If I could give it six stars I would! It's great for a romantic getaway or for a group of friends. I loved the vibe and all the little extras. There are so many things to do that you don't even need to leave the property. The paddle boards, kayaks and bicycles are all free for guests. They have plenty outdoor seating and a quaint little fire pit area. The rooms have a good size refrigerator and microwave making it easy to eat in or reheat food. I slept really well in the super comfy bed with extra soft sheets.
My family and I had a nice stay at Latitude 26. The rooms were efficient and clean. We appreciated the continental breakfast. The hostess gave our son little toys and a coloring book to entertain him in the morning and that was sweet. My husband took the kayaks out and enjoyed himself! The hot tub was nice and clean as well. Overall a pleasant stay!
Incredible little place! Absolutely loved everything about it! We took the kayaks out for a midnight ride! The room was very clean and the bed was surprisingly comfortable!
